제목 Graphene Oxide / PEDOT-PSS composite based electrodes for dye-sensitized solar cells.
초록 Composite films of graphene oxide and PEDOT-PSS were deposited over indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates by spin coating. Graphene oxides are effectively reduced by chemical reduction process with hydrazine vapor. Reduced graphene oxide : PEDOT-PSS composite films were applied as counter electrodes in dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The graphene composite film coated ITO electrode showed high transmittance (> 85 %) at visible wavelength. Two different graphene oxide and PEDOT-PSS composite solutions were used. The energy conversion efficiency of the using these composite films as counter electrodes reached 2.99 %, which is comparable to 4.43 % of the cell with platinum counter electrode under the same experimental condition.
