Surface morphological study on calcium phosphate film formed on poly(caprolactone) |
초록 |
Poly(caprolactone) (PCL) is a biodegradable polymer which is widely used in drug delivery system. However, the dissolution of PCL can cause acidic environment around implant region. In order to examine the effects of the formation of calcium phosphate film on PCL on the improvement of biocompability. the effect of the variation of surface morphology of the film on cellular responses was analyzed. We also studied how to deccelerate the dissociation of calcium phosphate film while sustaining the biocompatibility of the film using various analytical methods. |
