Printed Organic Electronics Using Carbon Nanotube |

In this presentation, we would like to repot the printed electronics using printable carbon nanotube ink. The inverter is the basic circuit for constructing sophisticated electronic device. We have investigated the 100% printable organic inverters. Two SWNT transistors were assembled into the parallel direction to construct 100 % organic inverter. The each layer, (wire and drain source) were printed sequentially. In the range of 0~5 V, low output voltage was obtained when high voltage was supplied to input of circuit. |
