제목 화학적 표면처리에 따른 카본블랙과 고무의 접착력 증가
초록 In this work, they were treated with 0.1N H3PO4 (HCB) and C6H6 (BCB) for 24hrs on the basis of the carbon blacks (CBs). And than, the relationships of surface free energy is proposed for the determination of the functionality on a surface of CBs, a method using values measured by contact angle of Wu’ method. Several techniques analyzed surface properties on CBs; pH, acid & base value, I.N., BET and XRD. It is thus concluded that basic chemical treatment of carbon blacks lead to an increase in the either dispersive or specific component without significantly changing the iodine adsorption amount, specific surface area, parallel layer groups diameter and thickness.
