Multicolor Emission from a Molecular Dyad |
초록 |
White-light-emitting molecule is promising for use in a new generation of displays and light sources based on its simple fabrication capability and perfect color reproducibility. In principle, synthesis of a white-emitting molecule is feasible if it is designed to comprise covalently-bonded complementary emitting units, between which energy transfer is completely frustrated. In this presentation, I will demonstrate the first example of a molecular dyad consisting of the blue- and orange-light-emitting ESIPT moieties between which energy transfer is completely frustrated. |
