제목 Highly Fluorescent and SemiconductingSupramolecular Nanowires
초록 Supramolecular nanowires of pi-conjugated molecules have great potential to the novel optoelectronic devices. Herein we synthesized highly fluorescent semiconducting material (2Z,2’Z)-3,3’-(1,4-phenylene)bis(2-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)acrylonitrile) which forms unconventional J-type stacked supramolecular nanowires with high crystallinity. We could fabricate the aligned array of supramolecular nanowires using micromolding in capillary (MIMIC) method and measured its current-voltage characteristics. We also fabricated organic thin film transistors by thermal evaporation and investigated their n-type transistor behavior.
