Robust Crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid Nanoparticles with High Biostability and Tumor targetability as Drug Carrier for Cancer Therapy |
초록 |
Self-assembled polymeric nanoparticles have emerged as promising carrier for the delivery of imaging and therapeutic agents. As these polymeric nanoparticles are in the physically self-assembled state, they suffer from poor structural integrity under in vivo conditions due to large dilution after intravenous injection. Therefore, considerable amount of drugs may be released before reaching their target site. In this study, we prepared the hyaluronic acid (HA)-based nanoparticles with the improved stability through a facile crosslinking method. The physicochemical characteristics the HA nanoparticles were investigated in detail using FT-IR, 1HNMR, DLS and UV-Visible spectroscopy. |
