Preparation and characterization of thermosensitive Chitosan-Glycerol phosphate disodium salt hydrate hydrogels |

Chitosan-glycerol phosphate disodium salt hydrate(GP) have been described as injectable in situ gelling thermosensitive formulations, which undergo solgel transition at physiological temperatures. The gelation time and gelation temperature was investigated by Shaking Bath (BS-11, JEIO TECH, Korea). Also, cytotoxicity were measured by L929 cell. These results suggest that the ChGP gel possible to apply for Adhesion inhibitor. This study was supported by the Industry-academic cooperation foundation, SCNU. |
