제목 Solution-Processable Non-Fullerene Electron Acceptor for Organic Solar Cells
초록 A P3HT-based solution-processed bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) photovoltaic devices was fabricated using a non-fullerene type electron acceptor. The thermal, optical, and electrochemical properties of the new non-fullerene acceptor were characterized by TGA, DSC, UV-visible absorption, and cyclic voltammetry. To investigate the charge transfer process between P3HT and non-fullerene acceptor, the photoluminescence (PL) quenching experiment was performed. The PL spectra of P3HT solution in chloroform were measured at different new acceptor concentration. The PL intensity of the P3HT solution decreased upon increasing the new acceptor concentration. The photovoltaic devices were fabricated using P3HT as the electron donor and non-fullerene material as the electron acceptor. One of the fabricated device showed the highest power conversion (PCE) of 2.28% with a high open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 1.07 V, a short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 5.04 mA/cm2, and a FF of 0.42.
