제목 Roll-to-roll Welding Process for Planarized Silver Nanowire Electrodes
초록 Continuous roll-to-roll production for highly conductive AgNWs film on plastic substrate by mechanical and chemical welding process was demonstrated. This process included three essential steps; i) solvent-spray, ii) roll compression, and iii) salt-treatment and washing. The sheet resistance of the resulting AgNWs film decreased dramatically down to 5 Ω/sq at 92 % of transmittance. Moreover, the strong fusion among AgNWs after three steps enhanced dramatically the mechanical stability. The resulting AgNWs film was successfully applied to various organic electronic applications such as organic field-effect transistors (OFETs), organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), and organic solar cells (OSCs).
