The liposome was made after preparation liquid crystal to use lecithin, ethanol, water and we preparated to entrap recipiency (hydrophilic) α-arbutin in the middle of using as whitening material to use different constitution component. We observed form of liquid crystal to use polarized optical micrographs, as a result particle size was greatly measured that liposome containing cholesterol is much larger than liposome isn’t containing cholesterol. Also, as hydrated liquid crystal method to use liquid crystal technic preparated liposome showed high entrapment efficiencies about ten times than preparated method as general liposome preparation method (film hydration method). |
