제목 Effects of carbon nanotubes in electrospun polyaniline fibers for improved sensitivity of heat and gas sensor
초록 The polyaniline fibers involving carbon nanotubes were prepared as a heat and gas sensor by using electrospinning. The presence of carbon nanotubes in fibers was investigated by using FE-SEM. The electrical conductivity measured by four probe method was increased significantly by effects of carbon nanotubes. The composite of polyaniline and carbon nanotubes showed the excellent sensitivity and short response time as a gas sensor measured by keithley 6514 electrometer. The composite also showed the high ability as a heat sensor due to the low melting point of polyaniline, which lead the change of resistivity. Eventually, the excellent sensor for heat and gas was prepared.
