High-performance NO gas sensor electrodeusing activated electrospun carbon fibers by H3PO4 |
| 초록 |
Carbon fibers were fabricated by electrospining polyacrylonitrile solution and thermal treatment. Carbon fibers were activated by activation process using H3PO4 to enlarge the gas adsorption sites. The activation process improved the porous structure with increasing the specific surface area. The gas sensing ability and response time were improved by the increased surface area and micropore fraction. Overall, the sensitivity for NO gas was improved approximately six-fold due to the effects of activation. |
