제목 MEh-PPV의 합성과 전기-광학적 특성 연구
초록 The conjugated polymer, poly(2-methoxy-5-(ethylhexyloxy)-phenylene vinylene), MEH-PPV, was synthesized by polymerizing monomer, 2,5-bis(chloromethyl)-1-methoxy-4-(2-ethylhexyloxy)benzene prepared in our laboratory, and analysized. As a result, number average molecular weight(Mn) and polydispersity(PD) of synthesized MEH-PPV were 306,749g/g-mol and 2.43, respectively. Its glass transition temperature(Tg) was 105.53 oC. MEH-PPV ligth-emitting diode having a single layer structure was fabricated on the indium tin-oxide coated glass substrates in order to investigate the electrical and optical properties of polymer EL device.The key factors determining the properties of device will be discussed.
