Thrombin Activatable CT/NIRF Dual Imaging Probe Based on Gold Nanoparticles |
초록 |
Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are a unique material because of their controllable morphology, low cytotoxicity, surface plasma resonance effect and high X-ray absorption. For these reasons, AuNPs have attracted scientist’s attention that developed AuNPs as an imaging probe. In this study, we developed thrombin activatable CT/NIRF imaging probe which can detect thrombosis in the blood stream. The particles were coated with silica layer to have stability and biocompatibility in human body. Then thrombin activatable peptide conjugated dye (Thr-dye) was conjugated to the nanoparticle surface. For its high X-ray absorption AuNP can be used as CT contrast agent and NIRF dye for fluorescent imaging. |
