Surface energy engineered micropatterning of reduced graphene thin films |
초록 |
Patterning of graphene-based micro/nano structures are interesting challenges in the application of graphene for the future microelectronic devices. Here, we present a new technique for large-scale and high resolution micropatterns of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) thin films on rigid or flexible substrates by using pre-patterned PDMS stamps. This fabrication method of graphene micropatterns is fast and simple compared to other process. |
