제목 pH-Sensitive polymeric micelle for cancer therapy
초록 Nanoparticles are a promising candidate in the field of drug delivery systems because they enhance the cellular uptake and reduce the side effects of a drug. They also make it possible to deliver a drug to specific cells. To increase the therapeutic efficacy of a drug, two main strategies have been advanced. In this study, pH-sensitive amphiphilic copolymer, composed of poly(ethylene glycol) and poly(β-amino ester), was synthesized and characterized.pH sensitivity was determined by fluorescencespectrometer and dynamic light scattering.Paclitaxel was encapulated into thepH-sensitive micelle and the stability of paclitaxel loaded micelle was evaluated.
