Development of drug delivery system for the cancer treatment |

As the global incidence rate of breast cancer is increasing, various treatment methods have been under investigation. It has been reported that bisophosphonate drugs has therapeutic effects on breast cancer treatment. In this study, we investigated the effects of the surface properties and drug concentration on the viability of MCF-7 cancer cell using bisphosphonate at different concentrations. The viability of the MCF-7 cells was characterized by microscopic analysis to confirm the effect of the drugs. |
