Skin is the largest organ in human body and plays important roles in protecting and maintaining human body. Therefore, it is a critical issue to develop methods to recover damaged skin to natural state. Hyaluronic acid is one of glycosaminoglycans and largely present in skin and articular cartilage. It has a large number of hydroxyl group which makes hyaluronic acid extremely hydrophilic compound. Hyaluronic acid present in dermis can activate fibroblast to increase synthesis of collagen and elastic in addition of hyaluronic acid itself, which can serve the promotion of skin tissue regeneration. In this study, we prepared hyaluronic acid hybrid for the enhancement of skin tissue. Results indicate that proliferation and differentiation of fibroblast were promoted. |
