제목 Polymeric micelle with iron oxide nanoparicles for anticancer agent
초록 The poly(aspartic acid-co-hexadecylamine) (PASP -C16)-coated iron oxide nanoparticles stabilized with poloxamer (F-127) was produced and characterized as a drug carrier system for anticancer agents. Anticancer agents were loaded into the side chain, C16, of PASP backbone surrounding iron oxide nanoparticles prepared by coprecipitaion method and the F-127 that anchors at the C16-water interface conferred aqueous dispersity to the formulation. Doxorubicin base was used as a model anticancer agent on modification of Doxorubicin hydrochloride. The results show that the (PASP-C16)-coated iron oxide nanoparticles stabilized with F-127 nanoparticles can be used as a drug carrier system while simultaneously allowing magnetic targeting and imaging.
