제목 Effective thermal conductivity of PU(hexamethylene diisocyanate)grafted multi-walled carbon nanotube / polyurethane composite film.
초록 The multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWNTs) have the experiment value of thermal conductivity к = 3000W/mK at room temperature. The polyurethane have flexibility, and good adhesion, but this material do not have thermal conductivity. So, the MWNTs considered to be the inorganic filler for high-thermal conductivity in polymer matrix. PU(hexamethylene diisocyanate, HDI) grafted MWNTs(PU-g-MWNTs)/PU(HDI) composite film(HDI-PU) was synthesized by simple blending method to easily determine the concentration of MWNTs at the beginning of reactions. And, this method improved compatibility between PU-g-MWNTs and PU matrix. The thermal conductivity of HDI-PU increased from к = 0.274 W/mK to к = 0.645W/mK, as the addition of the MWNTs increase to 1.2%(volume fraction). Also, the interconnectivities of HDI-PU have higher value than other composite films.
