Preparation and characterization of sulonated poly (ether sulfone)/ sulfonated multi-walled carbon nanotube nanocomposite membeane for DMFC. |
초록 |
Organic/Inorganic membrane was prepared by using sulfonated polyethersulfone (s-PES) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (s-MWCNTs). S-PES was carried out by reaction of concentrated sulfonic acid on the polymer. Sulfonated MWNTs was functionalized by aminomethane sulfonic acid on acidificated MWNTs. The property of Water(MeOH) uptake of s-PES/s-MWNTs composite membrane(SPES) was increased with increase of s-MWNTs. In addition, the dispersion of s-MWNTs in s-PES matrix has better morphology of SPES membranes than the pure MWNTs/s-PES composite membranes. The SPES membranes have both greater values of the proton conductivity and low methanol permeability than the previous studies of PES/inorganic membranes and the commercial Nafion®. |
