The aim of this study was to deliver drug using chitosan-b-PCL di-block copolymer. The di-block copolymer was synthesized by radical polymerization. The Synthesized it has a advantage that free amine group of chitosan can increase cell uptake because of enhanced interaction between copolymer and cancer cell. The characterization of chitosan-b-PCL di-block copolymer was analysed by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, CMC, DLS , TEM. Also, content and release of loaded paclitacxel into chitosan-PCL was confirmed by UV. In addition, Its cytotoxicity and anticancer activity was confirmed by MTT assay. These results suggest that di-block copolymer was able to apply as drug carrier.
