Antitumor Effect of pH-sensitive Chitosan Polymeric Drug for Cancer Therapy |
| 초록 |
The pH-sensitive polymeric drug was prepared multifunctional chitosan and anticancer drug chemical reaction. In addition, target ligand was conjugated to polymeric drug surface. Characterization of polymeric drug was confirmed by 1H NMR and DLS. The pH-dependent drug release behavior was confirmed by HPLC in neutral and acidic condition. The cytotoxicity and anticancer effect were confirmed by MTT assay. In addition cellural uptake was confirmed by cofocal laser scanning microscopy.
