Chemiluminescence Determination of Moxifloxacin Using Ru (bpy)32+-Ce (IV) System |
| 초록 |
A batch type chemiluminescence (CL) determination of moxifloxacin is described. In this work, it was observed that moxifloxacin could enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) emission of Ru (bpy)32+-Ce (IV) system and this enhancement effect was dependent on the concentration of moxifloxacin. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear range and detection limit are 1.0 × 10-6 M - 1.0 × 10-4 M and 3.0 × 10-7 M, respectively. The R.S.D. is 1.75%. (n = 10). |
