제목 Process configuration for ultra-high-purity propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate production
초록 The high purity of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PGMEA) is essential for making electronic grade accessories in the semicinductor industries. Reactive distillation poses severe operational and hardware limitation in making PGMEA. As an alternative, column with side-reactor configuration appears overwhelming superior in ovecoming the opearational and technical issue of reactive distillation.
