Electric conductive pastes have attracted great interest for various electronic applications such as membrane touch switch (MTS) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Rheological properties of the paste have been considered as an important factor for its industrial processing. In this study, rheological properties of the conductive paste with Ag flake prepared by high pressure atomization were characterized to optimize the printing process condition. Via various measurement methods of flow curve, creep recovery test and dynamic test, we obtained steady shear and oscillatory viscoelastic properties of storage and loss modulus and interpreted them regarding particle characteristics. |
