제목 A green luminescent material synthesized based on high-efficiency aminocoumarin derivatives for organic light-emitting diodes
초록 7-(4-([1,1-biphenyl]-4-yl(9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-yl)amino)phenyl)-4-methyl-2H-chromen-2-one(BDFA-C) including coumarin moiety was synthesized through Suzuki aryl-aryl coupling reaction.
Optical and electrical properties were examined by UV-visible absorption spectra, PL spectra, and AC-2. UV-visible spectrum of BDFA-C in a film state showed maximum absorption wavelength of  367 nm. PL spectrum of BDFA-C exhibited maximum emission wavelength of 511 nm. BDFA-C was  used as non-doped emitting layer (EML) in OLEDs with the following structure: ITO/2-TNATA(60 nm)/NPB(15 nm)/BDFA-C(35 nm)/Alq3(20 nm)/LiF(1 nm)/Al(200 nm). BDFA-C showed highly efficient luminescence property. EL spectrum of BPFA-MC exhibited a maximum value of 504 nm  and BDFA-C device provided luminescence efficiency of 4.59 cd/A, power efficiency of 3.17 lm/W, and CIE(x, y) of (025, 053) at a current density of 10 mA/cm2.
