Study of Hardener with Mercaptan Oligosiloxane for Low-Temperature Curing Property of the IT Epoxy Adhesive |
초록 |
IT epoxy adhesive have been used in numerous applications, such as optical and electric devices. The epoxy adhesive is required Light emitting diodes (LEDs) lens to smooth and bright light of the LED. The purpose is LED lens epoxy adhesive development for attaching the LED lens and the lens substrate. We modified hardener with mercaptan oligosiloxane. Mercaptan oligosiloxane resins were synthesized by sol-gel condensation reaction of (3-Mercaptopropyl)-dimethoxysilane (MPDMS) or (3-Mercaptopropyl)-trimethoxysilane (MPTMS) and diphenylsilanediol (DPSD) for the LED lens adhesive. The mercaptan oligosiloxanes were characterized using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Curing behaviors were evaluated by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) at dynamic and isothermal conditions. |
