| 초록 | N-amido-3,3-diflouro-?2 -pyrrolidone derivatives were synthesized from ethyl 2,2-difluoro-4-iodo-4-(trimethylsilyl) butanolate and various hydrazides, and screened for their inhibitory effect on Nitric oxide and cell viability in murine macrophage RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). |
