Polysscharde-immobilized chiral stationary phase (CSP) was prepared by surface-initiator atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP) of cellulose 2,3-bis(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamte), having a polymerizable vinyl group of on the surface of SiO2 supporter in pyridine.The successful preparation results of the CSP were confirmed via FT-IR, SEM, XPS, and thermal analysis, respectively.The chiral recognition ability for the prepared CSP was evaluated with high-performance liquid chromatography using 10 racemates under various mobile phases of hexane/alco hol, hexane/THF, and hexane/chloroform. |
