제목 Characterization of UV-Cured Urethane Acrylate Films Containing Silk Powder
초록 In order to achieve an UV-cured film with a smooth touch and unique matt surface effect, silk powder wad added to an UV coating formulation. Antistatic and coating properties such as pencil hardness, gloss, and surface resistance of the cured films containing silk powder were investigated. When 25 wt% of silk powder wad added into the UV coating formulation, we were able to prepare a low gloss functional UV coating film with a smooth touch and an antistatic property on the surface. In addition, photopolymerization of formulations with different ratios of silk powder were investigated using photo differential scanning calorimetry (photo-DSC) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy with attenuated total internal reflection (FTIR-ATR).
