제목 Preparation of Solution-Processed Transparent Conductive Film of reduced Graphene Oxide and Single Wall Nanotube using Ultrasonic Spraying.
초록 Hybrid transparent conductive films of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and single walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) were prepared using an ultrasonic spraying. This solution process provided a uniform coating of rGO and SWNT and the hybridization of two-dimensional rGO and one-dimensional SWNT and it effectively decreased the sheet resistance and increased the transparency of the films. The casting and peeling of PMMA resulted in very smooth film surface. The ultrasonic spraying of rGO and SWNT could be used for the transparent conductive films of large area scale.
