제목 | Developing a high-efficiency electromagnetic interference shielding and heat emitting composite material using carbon fibers and carbon-nano materials |
초록 | Through a huge development of telecommunication technology and electronic engineering, electromagnetic interference(EMI) has been a serious problem. It could cause malfunction of delicate electronic devices and highly integrated circuits, also reported to raise temperature of sensitive tissues like veins or eyeballs. Many countries have been making guidelines for electromagnetic emission and strengthening regulation to restrict maximum electromagnetic emission. Thus, EMI shielding manufacture have strong demand in both side, industries and governments. In this study, non-woven carbon fabric coated with carbon nanomaterials like graphene(GN) or carbon nanotube(CNT) was developed using a very simple method. The maximum EMISE was reached at 68dB. Thermal, and electrical properties were also investigated. Maximum thermal conductivity was 0.625W/mK, which indicate that it could be a good thermal emitter, and high-performance EMI shielding composite material. |
