Kidney decellularized extracellular matrix (ECM) – derived scaffold for cell delivery application |
초록 |
Biomaterials in tissue engineering is utilized as a scaffold which is a template for cell proliferation and secretion furthermore as a guidance for neo tissue formation. Extracellular matrix (ECM) is a desirable biological scaffold due to its complex composition and three – dimensional structure driving homeostasis and regeneration of tissues. Successfully used in variety of generative medicine application, ECM can be achieved by decellularization of engineered tissue. Moreover, ECM – derived scaffolds are able to guide cell proliferation, paracrine factor production and differentiation in a tissue – specific manner. Here, we performed the characteristics of kidney – ECM – derived scaffold and initial observation of cell growth and its biocompatibility as a potential biomaterial for cell delivery. |
