In this study, bovine serum albumin (BSA)-imprinted hydrogel freestanding films with on one-side arranged polystyrene (PS) opal structure were successfully fabricated by UV-polymerization. To identify recognition properties of the hydrogel film toward protein, BSA-imprinted hydrogel film was incubated in the BSA solution at concentration range of 3.3-19.8 µg/ml. A binding capacity (Q) for the specific interaction between hydrogel and BSA was determined from calibration curve obtained by Bradford method. The sensitivity of the BSA-imprinted hydrogel film as 4.44 µg mg-1 was improved by about 2.5-fold than that of non-imprinted hydrogel. Moreover, The BSA-imprinted hydrogel film showed a specific bending behavior. The change of bending angle was shown to be -0.82゚µg-1 in absorption mass of 12.32 – 73.52 µg. |
