Toxicity and biodistirbution study of Near-IR QD-loaded targeted micelles |

Comparison toxicity studies were carried to observe the toxicity effects of Cd2+ and bioditribution at the same time. Near-IR QDs-loaded micelles have been shown lees toxic and comparatively safer for live cell than water soluble QDs due to polymeric coating and cross linked for ultra stability. Pharmacokinetic study was performed to observe the biodistribution, absorption and elimination of near-IR QDs-loaded micelles from rat. Accumulation cites were imaged by Kodak molecular Imaging System and content of QDs were analyzed by varioskan flash. Finally the collected bloods were analyzed by ICP-MS to count the remaining Cd2+ into the sensitive organs and so on. |
