제목 Highly Efficient Inkjet Printed Organic Photovoltaic Cells
초록 Many different printing processes are used for printed photovoltaics. One of the major attractions of printable solar cells is the possibility to do many of the things that are not possible in conventional electronic fabrication process. Organic solar cell materials can be made to be soluble and/or solution processable. We have studied on the inkjet printing techniques for fabrication of P3HT:PCBM blended organic solar cells and these cells showed power conversion efficiency about 3.61% after annealing at 150 oC for 5 min under 100 mW/cm2 AM 1.5 simulated light illumination. Remarkably, Voc (open circuit voltage) of this device recorded over 0.7 V, which is the highest voltage in P3HT:PCBM system. This means that our inkjet printing technique is one of the promising fabrication methods for organic solar cells.
