Manufacturing LC Resonance chip for Anti-thief System with Low-Cost Material by Simple Printing Method |

Anti-thief system is widely used in our life. In the existing systems, the complicated and high cost processes are required to make the chip. Recently, LC resonance chip is applied to the anti-thief system with low cost so that it can be substituting the old one. In this presentation, we would like to introduce the simple printing method with low-cost conducting ink to make the LC resonance chip using inkjet printing method. LC resonance chip is comprised of inductor and capacitor. These two factors interact so that the specific frequency can get through the chip. To carry out this work, the reader device consist of transmitter-generates specific frequency zone- and receiver-can detect the transmitted frequency- is required. We can manufacture this chip using low-cost conducting ink on the flexible substrate by simple inkjet printing. The characteristic results for printed anti-thief tags will be presented. |
