PCL is a semicrystalline, biodegradable polymer having a glass transition temperature of ∼-60℃ and a melting temperature of ∼60℃. The mechanical properties of PCL are very softness and flexibility. It's similar to polyolefin because of its high olefinic content. Electrospinning is the process that produce polymer fibers with diameter in the range of nanofibers to a few microns using an electrostatically driven jet of polymer solution or melt. In this work, we have prepared PCL non-woven composed of nanoscale diameters. In order to facilitate electrospinning, we have added DMF in solution. At a result, we have found the formation of electrospun fibers. Electrospun PCL fibers have been analyzed using WAXD, SEM, thermal analysis(DSC, TGA), and Instron(tensile test).
