제목 Green New Deal R&D Overview and Business Strategy  
초록 As emission regulation has been tightened, compliance to the limit has been getting more difficult and costly for the end users of catalytic systems. NANO has been developing a multi-functional catalyst for SCR systems of LNG vessels and power plants. The technology enhances NOx performance, but reduces required space and cost of SCR systems. The goal of the project is to develop a catalyst unit consisted of deNOx and oxidation function in one unit. By adding oxidation feature on a SCR catalyst, the catalyst reduces NOx as well as oxidizes CO and NH3. The developed catalyst improves NOx performance by controlling NH3 slip, reduces catalytic system size by removal of oxidation catalyst if installed in front. NANO teamed up with professor Sung Bong Kang's Environmental Catalysis Laboratory at GIST to develop an optimized catalyst formulation for natural gas applications.
