제목 Living polypeptide synthesis and characterization from N-carboxyanhydride monomers
초록 Polypeptide, one of the biocompatible polymers, is an interesting polymer having naturally unique properties such as pH and enzyme sensitivity. Over the 50 years, many researchers have tried to make polypeptide having defined structure from N-carboxyanhydride monomers, but it failed due to the side reaction. To prepare the polypeptide without side reaction, some researchers used an inorganic catalyst and others used a special tool like a high vacuum technique. But these methods are not convenient to synthesize the polypeptide. In this study, new method was used to control the side reaction. The synthesized polypeptide was characterized by GPC, NMR, and so on.
