제목 | Study on influence of adhesion area on the initial light quantity of light emitting diode |
초록 | We studied the influence of the adhesion area of the LED chip on the initial light quantity. Despite the fact that the most light from chip was emitted to upper surface, the side light emission is also a factor in light intensity measurement. Since the light emitted from the side is absorbed by the adhesion, it can be deduced that there is a possibility that the adhesive applied for adhesion of the LED chip may affect the light quantity. Many researchers are aware of these effects, but there are not many studies on this. This study focus on this point and try to present the guidelines on the appropriate amount of adhesive by investigating the influence of the adhesion area on the initial light quantity. |
