Properties of M2SiO4:Eu2+(M=Ba, Sr, Ca, Mg) ceramics preparedby a solid state reaction |
초록 |
M2SiO4:Eu2+(M=Ba, Sr, Ca, Mg) phosphors were synthesized by a conventional solid state reaction under areducing atmosphere of 75% N2 - 25% H2 mixture. The objective of this study is to evaluate luminescent properties on the chemical composition and reaction temperature and time of M2SiO4:Eu2+(M=Ba, Sr, Ca, Mg) phosphors. All phosphors prepared by this method were excited at 254 nm, 365nm, and 430 nm, respectively.The emission peaks of all samples are originated by 5d-4f transition of Eu2+ ions.The structure and excitation and emission spectra of the products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction patterns and DARSA-2000 phosphor spectrum analysis system, respectively. |
