Electrolyzed Acidic Water(EAW) is produced by electrolysis of water dissolving a small amount of salt. EAW is produced by electrolyzing a diluted salt solution in the anode of an electrolytic cell. EAW has physical features such as low pH, high ORP, high total available chlorines. Therefore, It has a strong sterilizing power. So, It is applied medicine and cleaning foods, disinfection. In this study, Confirmed sterilization effect of germs that is easily exposed to many area in the real life using EAW. |
