제목 The Comparison of Dye Pollutant Adsorption on Commercial Zeolite Structures
초록 Zeolites are a chemically stable adsorbent that is gaining attention in the environmental field due to their ability to sorption a variety of organic and inorganic pollutants. The structure of zeolite varies depending on the size of the pore and the ratio of alumina(Al)/silicon(Si) components. Therefore, the adsorption performance of dye(methyl blue) was compared in this study using various zeolite structures (X, Y, 4A, β and natural zeolite) with the anticipation that the adsorption performance would differ depending on the structure. The adsorption test of methylene blue was performed under various conditions (zeolite amount, pH, and time).  This study can be used to base adsorption performance evaluation standards of zeolite for water treatment.
