제목 Preparation of graphene by γ-ray irradiation-induced reduction of graphene oxide and its application to organic electronic devices
초록 The reduction of graphene oxide (GO) by γ-ray irradiation and the resulting reduced GO (RGO) as an interfacial material for organic solar cells was investigated in this research. A colloidal GO solution in DMF prepared by a modified Hummer’s method was irradiated by γ-rays under various conditions. The analytic results of the resulting radiation-reduced GO (RRGO) revealed that GO was effectively reduced. Furthermore, the performance test results of organic solar cell devices showed that RRGO can be used as a hole-transporting layer for organic solar cells.
