제목 MR/Optical Multimodal Imaging Nanoprobes for Labeling and Tracking of Stem Cells
초록 The development of molecular imaging nanoprobes with high resolution and high sensitivity capabilities is one of the key technologies in biomedical fields. Among various imaging modalities, the combination of magnetic resonance (MR) and optical imaging is one of the best candidates due to its high sensitivity and cost-effectiveness. MR/optical dual modal contrast agent were synthesized by the electrostatic assembly between γ-PGA, magnetic nanoparticle, and poly (L-lysine) and consequent conjugation of IRDye800. Their dual properties and the capacity to label mesenchymal stem cell were investigated.
