제목 The effect of Ba2+inBa2+ codopedSr3SiO5: Eu2+phosphor
초록 The Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ and Ba2+- codopedSr3SiO5:Eu2+ phosphors for white LEDswere synthesized by a high temperature solid state reaction underthereducing atmosphere of 95% N2-5% H2 mixture and theluminescent properties of Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ phosphors with respect to activator concentration and reduction temperature were studied. In addition, the influence of co-dopants on the crystal structure and luminescent properties were investigated in detail.All phosphors prepared by above-mentioned means were emitted efficiently under theexcitation range of 450~460 nm and thedoped Eu2+ and Ba2+ ions have not caused any significant alteration in the host crystalstructure.
