Preparation and characterization of graphitic carbon patterns from pitch by proton irradiation and carbonization |
초록 |
Graphitic carbon patterns were prepared from pitch by proton irradiation followed by high temperature pyrolysis. Pitch films spin-coated on a substrate were irradiated with proton ions through a pattern mask at various fluences and then developed with toluene to form pitch patterns. The pitch patterns were pyrolyzed in a tube furnace at 1000 oC under inert atmosphere. The final carbon patterns were characterized by using FT-IR, UV-vis, Raman, XPS, XRD, 4-point probe conductivity meter, and infrared camera equipped with a source meter. |
