제목 Preparation and characterization of graphitic carbon patterns from pitch by proton irradiation and carbonization
초록 Graphitic carbon patterns were prepared from pitch by proton irradiation followed by high temperature pyrolysis. Pitch films spin-coated on a substrate were irradiated with proton ions through a pattern mask at various fluences and then developed with toluene to form pitch patterns. The pitch patterns were pyrolyzed in a tube furnace at 1000 oC under inert atmosphere. The final carbon patterns were characterized by using FT-IR, UV-vis, Raman, XPS, XRD, 4-point probe conductivity meter, and infrared camera equipped with a source meter.
